Celebrating 1,000 Shifts Across Southern Ontario
We’re proud to share a milestone that means a great deal to us: Southern Ontario Dental Temps has officially completed our 1,000th shift.
This achievement is especially meaningful because Southern Ontario is home. Both Jenna and I (Matt) were born and raised here, and building a company that supports the dental community in the region that shaped us has been incredibly rewarding.
Built for Our Community
From day one, our goal has been simple: make staffing easier for dental practices and create more flexible, well‑paid opportunities for dental professionals. Reaching 1,000 completed shifts tells us that what we’re building is working — and that the community trusts us.
To date, we’re grateful to be working with:
- 450 dental practice and professional partners across Southern Ontario
- Practices that have generated over $2.1 million in additional revenue by keeping chairs full
- Dental professionals who have earned over $450,000 in additional wages through flexible work opportunities
These numbers represent real people, real practices, and real impact.

As we grow, we remain committed to improving our platform based on the feedback we receive every day from both practices and dental professionals. Our current focus is on:

- A growing feature backlog driven directly by user feedback
